What's in the vials

GLOW and KLOW are pre-mixed blends that put several research peptides into one vial. GLOW contains three components and KLOW adds a fourth. In both, GHK-Cu makes up most of the mass: 50 of 70 mg in GLOW, and 50 of 80 mg in KLOW.

The components

BPC-157 (10 mg)

A 15-amino-acid fragment of a gastric protein, studied mainly in rodent models of gut, tendon and muscle injury. It's proposed to promote blood-vessel growth via VEGFR2 and nitric-oxide signalling. Evidence is preclinical. Full BPC-157 profile →

TB-500 (10 mg)

A fragment of thymosin β4, the actin-binding protein involved in cell migration. Most strong evidence, including cardiac and wound studies, comes from full-length thymosin β4. Full TB-500 profile →

GHK-Cu (50 mg)

A naturally occurring copper tripeptide with lab data on collagen synthesis and gene expression. Full GHK-Cu profile →

KPV (10 mg, KLOW only)

The C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH. It inhibits NF-κB signalling and has been studied mainly in mouse colitis models. Full KPV profile →

What each component is studied for

Each component is studied in a different research area:

blood-vessel growth (BPC-157);
cell migration (TB-500);
collagen and extracellular matrix (GHK-Cu);
inflammation (KPV).

No peer-reviewed study has tested these combinations. What's known comes from studies of each peptide on its own.

Practical points for multi-peptide vials

Concentration of each component depends on its share of the vial. As a worked example, in 2 mL GLOW gives 5 mg/mL each of BPC-157 and TB-500 and 25 mg/mL of GHK-Cu. The calculator shows the breakdown when you select a blend.
Colour: GHK-Cu gives solutions a blue tint. That's expected.
Chelators: avoid solvents or additives containing EDTA or similar agents, which strip copper from GHK-Cu.
Stability: a mixed solution is only as stable as its least stable component, and stability data for these combinations are limited. Refrigerate after mixing and record the mix date.
Identity testing: CoAs for blends should confirm each component separately.
